Award Presentations – Honoring Service & Dedication
We’re proud to recognize these incredible individuals for their outstanding service, leadership, and commitment to the Lions community:
⭐️Lion Ron Paulson – PID Gene Polgar Fellow Award⭐️
This prestigious honor, given by AltruVision – A Lions Eye Bank, celebrates exceptional commitment to humanitarian service and leadership within the Lions organization.
Lion Ron's commitment to the club, community and all the hard work he puts in behind the scenes is appreciated and we wanted to make sure it doesn't go unnoticed. He never seeks attention or the spotlight, but his actions speak volumes. When presented with an issue he never hesitates, he tackles it and finds a solution. Whether it's lending a hand, stepping in when no one else does, or quietly making sure things run smoothly, his dedication is the backbone of our club's success!
⭐️Past District Governor (PDG) Art Pecht – Bing Miller Progressive Award⭐️
Recognizing individuals for their character, devotion, and humanitarian service. Progressive indicating this is the second time earning this honor.
PDG Art has had many titles over the years, not only on the club level but district and other service organizations. I honestly don't know how he finds the time to do everything he does. PDG Art has been the glue that's helped hold things together. His drive, experience, and willing to help others just made this an easy choice for him to be recognized as a progressive Bing Miller Fellow.
⭐️Lion Evelyn Pecht – Lions of Pennsylvania Foundation Fellow⭐️
Honoring those who have demonstrated outstanding service and dedication to the mission and values of Lions Clubs across the Commonwealth.
Lion Evelyn's dedication to our club and to District 14-P has been impressive. Stepping up on the District level as the District Treasurer, being a key member involved in all our fundraising events, and being active on multiple club committees, she has a passion for community service and doing everything she can to give back.
⭐️Lion Dan Hiltebeitel – Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow⭐️
This award honors those who demonstrate an enduring commitment to humanitarian service. Progressive indicating that this is the second time Lion Dan has earned this honor.
Lion Dan is a true example of leadership in action. He consistently leads by example and has been an incredible teacher and mentor to many. His energy is contagious, and it inspires everyone around him to step up and give their best. Dan’s drive and dedication extend far beyond our club - he generously gives his time and effort to support not only our events but also many other organizations in the community. His commitment to service is a shining example of what it means to be a Lion.
⭐️Joy Hiltebeitel – Melvin Jones Fellow⭐️
While Joy is not a member of the Lions Club, a Melvin Jones Fellow can be anyone who demonstrates an enduring commitment to humanitarian service.
Over the years Joy has helped the Honey Brook Lions Club with events and fundraising to give back to the community. Joy is a compassionate role model whose impact ripples far beyond her reach. She is always making sure others are cared for and has devoted a lot of time and energy helping others never seeking recognition. We thank you for all you do!
Congrats to all, well deserved!
